| Spring Clean-Up, Coming May 4, 2013 |
This annual program is one of the community's favourites. Every year, the MCA and many volunteers of all ages co-ordinate and work this awesome event, which provides free disposal of unwanted waste and recyclables at the community centre and pick-up service for those who need it.
If you have appreciated this program, please consider volunteering this year. This could mean helping people to load their stuff into the trash trucks or directing traffic at the event itself, or joining the organizing team to liaise with event partners and sponsors and other pre-event leg-work. The more volunteers, the easier it is to keep this event running smoothly for years to come.
