October 6: All Candidates Forum for Ward 1
The MCA, with Varsity and University Heights, is hosting an all-candidates forum on Sunday, October 6, from 2-4 p.m., at the Varsity Community Centre (4303 Varsity Drive NW). Ward 1 has an open seat, following Councillor Hodges’ retirement, and several candidates are running. This is a great chance to get to know them and their positions. Hope to see you there.
Overdue Full Monty Pictures

Monday, Sept. 30: The Seniors Social Returns for Another Season
The first Seniors Social after the summer break will take place next Monday, from 1-3 p.m. at the Montgomery Community Centre. This is a chance for Montgomery seniors to come together for conversation, light refreshment, and more.
